Awards Update: Human Rights Campaign, Fortune and More
In the past few months, our firm has received awards and recognition from a number of organizations. Here are some of the highlights:
Fortune magazine recently named Goldman Sachs number 33 on this year’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” list. The ranking reflects a number of factors, including benefits such as 401(k) matching, adoption stipends, medical facilities staffed with specialists, and onsite backup childcare centers.
The Human Rights Campaign presented our firm with its 2012 Corporate Equality Award, which is given each year to a company that has made “a positive impact on the fight for LGBT equality through its policies and practices.”
Asiamoney magazine rated us as one of their Best Banks of 2011. We were recognized in a number of categories, including Best Investment Bank, Best M&A Adviser, Best M&A Deal and Best IPO.
Goldman Sachs was also featured in six of J-Money magazine’s Best Deals of the Year for 2011. The awards recognize our work on M&A and financing transactions, for clients that include Panasonic, Nippon Steel and Teva Pharmaceuticals.
