A program designed to support professionals, whether you are just starting your career or have a significant amount of work experience, by providing the tools and skills needed to accomplish a successful career transition.
Are you looking to make a pivot in your professional career? Then you’ve come to the right place! We are excited to announce that applications for our Career Pivot Series are officially open. This series is tailored to help a diverse group of professionals navigate career progression with tools for transitioning to another company or industry.
From finding your ideal role to tips on how to ace an interview, the self-paced modules will answer some of the most frequently asked questions our recruiters receive, and will equip you with tools that you can use throughout your entire career. The best part? The series is designed with flexibility in mind. You can participate in all of the self-paced modules or choose the ones that are most relevant to you.
Not only that, you will also have the opportunity to meet and network with your fellow participants and professionals at Goldman Sachs during live virtual meetings led by our recruiters. Our Diversity Recruiting team can’t wait to share the expertise and advice that has helped thousands of professionals like you have a successful career transition process. Prior experience in finance is not required – we hope that working professionals from a variety of industries will explore this program. Professionals who identify as Asian, Black, Hispanic/Latinx, LGBTQ+, Persons with Disabilities, Veterans, and/or Women are strongly encouraged to apply.
Selected applicants will be invited to participate in five self-paced modules designed to enhance your skillsets and help you seamlessly transition to your next career path.

Program Date: February 20, 2023 – March 24, 2023
Module Details: Each module will run for one week, and you can do it at your own pace during this time. Program participants will receive invitations to register for the weekly live sessions in advance of each module.
Eligibility Requirements: The Career Pivot Series focuses on professionals with at least one year of work experience looking to make a career transition to another company or industry.
