Healthcare and Medical Insurance

We offer a wide range of medical and insurance plans that vary depending on office location. These include general health care insurance for medical, prescription drug and dental, short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, life insurance, accidental death, labour accident insurance and business travel accident insurance.

Holiday and Vacation Policies

We offer competitive vacation and leave of absence policies, based on employee level and years of service. This is in addition to any number of statutory and public holidays as determined by each office.

The firm offers a range of retirement plans that are designed to allow employees to build a strategy for meeting their personal long-term financial objectives.

We provide a range of Wellness services and programs designed to support your personal health and well being.

Health services

We offer a medical advocacy service for employees and family members facing critical health situations, and counseling and referral services through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). We provide an Executive Physical Program, Global Medical, Security and Travel Assistance and a Workplace Ergonomic Program.

Fitness

To encourage employees to live a healthy and active lifestyle, our Tokyo office has an on-site fitness center. For employees in other locations we typically reimburse fees paid for a fitness club membership or activity (up to a pre-approved amount).

PERSONAL AND FAMILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Childcare / Family Care

Our on-site care centers in our Tokyo office provide full-time and emergency back-up care. We also provide advice and counseling services, mother and baby rooms, expectant parent resources and transitional programmes for parents returning from maternity leave. Adoption stipends are also generally available.

Leave of absence

Employees are generally eligible for additional marriage or civil partnership leave, maternity, parental and adoption leave and family emergency leave. Pay and duration is determined by each office.

OTHER BENEFITS
