PERSONAL AND FAMILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Parent, maternity and adoption services
Our on-site care center in our Bangalore office provides full-time and emergency back-up care. We also provide advice and counseling services, mother and baby rooms, expectant parent resources and transitional programmes for parents returning from maternity leave. Adoption stipends are also available.
Leave of absence
Employees are generally eligible for marriage leave, maternity, parental and adoption leave, medical disability leave and family emergency leave. Pay and duration is determined by office.
