We offer a range of benefits for you and your spouse / partner and children. You become eligible from your first day of employment.


Healthcare and Medical Insurance

We offer a choice of two subsidized medical plans. The Standard Plan covers UK medical expenses and includes private hospital and specialist treatment for acute illness. In addition to these benefits, The Premier Plan covers worldwide medical expenses, chronic medical conditions, routine maternity and primary care including GP and dental costs. These plans both cover pre-existing conditions.

Other Health Related Benefits

We also provide short-term and long-term sickness benefits, business travel accident insurance and life assurance.

Holiday and vacation policies

We offer a competitive vacation policy, based on level and years of service. This is in addition to the eight public holidays (bank holidays).


The firm offers a defined contribution pension plan to support employees with retirement planning. Employees have a choice of 29 investment funds and can make tax-effective Additional Voluntary Contributions.

Health Services

Our on-site health centers provide primary care including GP, nurse and dental services, and physiotherapy, osteopathy and orthopedic services.

We offer a medical advocacy service for employees and family members facing critical health situations, and counseling and referral services through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).


To encourage employees to live a healthy and active lifestyle, our on-site fitness centers provide a range of programs including cardiovascular and strength training, group exercise and personal training.


Child / Family Care

Our on-site childcare centre provides emergency back-up care, an infant transition programme for parents returning to work following maternity leave and full-time care for children up to age three. We also provide a tax-effective Child Care voucher scheme.

Parent and maternity services

The firm provides mother and baby rooms, expectant parent resources and transitional programmes for parents returning from maternity/paternity leave.

Leave of absence

We provide 52 weeks of maternity/adoption leave and up to four weeks of fully paid parental/paternity leave.
