Health care and medical insurance
We offer choice of subsidized medical plans, as well as prescription drug, vision and dental care plans. These plans do not have any limitations for pre-existing conditions or lifetime maximum.
We offer a range of insurance plans, including life insurance, long and short-term disability insurance, travel, accident and personal liability insurance. Certain insurance coverage is paid by the firm and employees have the ability to purchase other insurance at discounted group rates.
Holiday and vacation policies
We offer a competitive vacation policy, based on level and years of service. This includes the nine widely recognized US public holidays and three floating holidays to be used for personal time, religious observance, or other special occasions. Most US employees will start with an additional three weeks vacation allowance.
The firm offers a competitive 401(k) plan with firm matching contributions as well as no cost financial counseling services designed to allow employees to build a strategy for meeting their personal long-term financial objectives.

Our New York, New Jersey and Salt Lake City offices have on-site health centers. These provide preventative and urgent medical services. The New York and New Jersey centers additionally provide women’s health care, orthopedics, dermatology, physical therapy and prescription drug delivery.
We offer a medical advocacy service for employees and family members facing critical health situations, counseling and referral services through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), workplace ergonomics and travel care assistance.
To encourage employees to live a healthy and active lifestyle, our New York, New Jersey, and Chicago offices have on-site fitness centers available to our employees.
For employees in other locations, we will reimburse fees paid for a fitness club membership or activity (up to a pre-approved amount).
PERSONAL AND FAMILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Child / Family Care
Our back-up child care program provides access to on-site care in our New York and New Jersey offices. For our other offices, we provide back-up child care at near-site child care centers. For employees in all offices, we provide access to in-home providers to care for mildly ill children and adult/elderly family members.
Leave Of Absence
We provide 16 weeks fully paid maternity leave which includes four weeks of parenting leave at full pay if the employee is the primary caregiver (two weeks for a secondary care giver). We also provide fully paid adoption leave of up to 8 weeks.
Employees are eligible for one additional week of vacation during the year that they marry (or register a domestic partnership).
Expectant Parent Resources
The firm has a dedicated resource for new or expecting parents to help them access a range of services, including: maternity walkthrough, on-site lactation rooms, 24-hour access to lactation consultants, and a maternity mentoring program.
Based on manager approval, the following arrangements may be available to help employees meet their personal and family responsibilities: part-time schedules, job sharing, telecommuting, and alternate hours .
We offer adoption services that provide comprehensive and confidential support and resources to help navigate through the adoption system. Adoption stipends are also available.
