Many of our new analysts are hired into a department or function based on their previous internship experience or divisional need. Wherever possible we will match people and positions based on their interests.
What You Would Be Doing
Upon joining Goldman Sachs, all new analysts participate in both firmwide and divisional orientation. During this two week training program new analysts in Human Capital Management will also receive broad HR, and specific functional training.
Once this training is complete you will be ready to step into your new role. You will quickly become an integral member of the team, with defined responsibilities and projects. Ongoing training, mentoring and development form an integral part of your experience and success as you grow and expand your responsibilities and career.
Typically, new analysts will remain at this level for at least three years before being eligible for promotion based on performance.
