India Returnship Program
The Goldman Sachs Returnship program in India is designed for women who are rejoining the workforce after an extended period of absence. Our program structure is not a ‘one size fits all’, instead we focus on meeting professionals where they are.
This paid, 12 weeks program, launched in 2013, offers opportunities in a variety of divisions to strengthen technical skills, provide access to professional development and explore the opportunities available at Goldman Sachs. Every participant will receive ongoing feedback and a performance review, and connect weekly with a member of our Human Capital Management team. The initiative also provides an opportunity to explore full-time roles following completion of the program, based on performance, and depending on the availability of suitable open roles.
As a participant, you will:
- Experience 12 weeks of on the job learning and exploration with a diverse community of professionals from a wide range of backgrounds
- Access the vast network of resources at Goldman Sachs through continual leadership development, support, and mentorship from a dedicated Returnship program team
- Receive support to navigate the transition into full time employment
- Participate in several sessions focused on building community and creating a seamless transition experience back into the workforce
