What We Do

Corporate and Workplace Solutions delivers solutions that maximize the efficiency and productivity of our people. Our work enables our people every day, providing innovative workplace settings, tools and amenities to deliver on behalf of our clients. The remit of our team is to make sure every single aspect of workplace is created and delivered in a professional and safe manner. Our teams include Workplace Experience, the Office of Global Security, Chief Operating Officer, CWS Engineering and Regional Office Leadership.

How We’re Organized

Workplace Experience

Encompasses end-to-end strategic real estate work from transactions to facilities. Departments include On-Site Solutions (inclusive of Facilities Management, Hospitality Operations, Document Management, and Ground Transportation), Events, Client and Production Engineering, Real Estate Strategy, Real Estate Development and Capital Management.

Office of Global Security

Protects the people and assets of Goldman Sachs to ensure a safe and secure environment. Assesses risk to enable the delivery of effective security, fire and life safety protocols and leads crisis management preparation, implementation, and recovery processes. Includes Physical Security & Investigations, Executive Protection, Fire Safety, Crisis Management, and Health and Safety teams.

Chief Operating Officer

Aligns division-wide functions to drive strategic cohesiveness, consistency and efficiency. Departments include CWS Management and CWS Engineering which provides enabling engineering solutions supporting real estate and facilities management, on-site solutions, safety and security and CWS data and analytics.

Regional Office Leadership

Supports the firm in driving regional priorities and strategy in Dallas and Salt Lake City in partnership with local leadership.
