As part of the COP 26 Portfolio Alignment Team, Goldman Sachs supported the development of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures’ paper on ‘Measuring Portfolio Alignment,’ a guide on emerging climate metrics important to our clients, which won Global Impact Initiative of the Year. Supported by our Sustainable Finance Group and Global Investment Research team, Goldman Sachs staff helped shape the recommendations and authored a chapter on evolving the climate data and analytics ecosystem to support improved climate metrics.
