The Services Division is comprised of Corporate Services and Real Estate and the Office of Global Security.

Corporate Service and Real Estate

Corporate Services and Real Estate delivers a world-class workplace to the people of Goldman Sachs through creative thinking and strategic problem solving. We manage the firm’s corporate real estate portfolio and associated workplace services. Professionals within our group work collaboratively across functions including real estate management, corporate services, procurement and vendor management, and management and strategy. Across these core functions, our team is focused on commercial management, client support and advisory services, strategic planning, vendor management and risk management.

Office of Global Security 

The Office of Global Security (OGS) protects the firm's people, assets, and reputation. To do this, our group provides People Protection, Physical Security, Fire Safety and Crisis Management.
