Fund Objective

Seeks to maximize current income, to the extent consistent with the preservation of capital, and maintain liquidity.
Intends to invest in "Tier One" securities, including those issued or guaranteed by the U.S. Government, its agencies or instrumentalities, other high-quality U.S. money market securities, high-quality commercial paper and other short-term obligations of U.S. and foreign companies payable in U.S. dollars, and repurchase agreements relating to these securities.
