Robin Vince is Chief Risk Officer of Goldman Sachs. He is a member of the Management Committee and Co-Chair of the Firmwide Risk and Firmwide Finance Committees. Mr. Vince is also a member of the Firmwide Client and Business Standards Committee.
Mr. Vince joined Goldman Sachs as an analyst in 1994, eventually assuming responsibility for Global Money Markets in Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities in 2005. He then became Head of the Operations Division in 2006. From 2011 to 2015, Mr. Vince relocated to London and also assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer and Head of the Federation in EMEA. During his time in London, he also served as Chief Executive Officer of Goldman Sachs International Bank and as a director of Goldman Sachs International and Goldman Sachs International Bank. Mr. Vince became the firm's treasurer in 2015 and managed the firm’s liquidity, balance sheet and capital. He was named Managing Director in 2002 and Partner in 2006.
Mr. Vince is a member of National Geographic Society's International Council of Advisors.
