The Real Estate Group invests and lends across all parts of the capital structure, including senior mortgages, mezzanine debt and equity, and across assets from single properties to large portfolios.  This group offers creative, clear and quick solutions coupled with certainty of execution.

Investment Profile

Senior / Mezzanine loans: Originate and purchase senior and mezzanine loans across all asset types.

Equity: Invest globally across multiple product types, including office, multifamily, hospitality, retail, industrial, self-storage, senior living, healthcare and land with investments ranging in size from $20 million+.  Pursue strategies across the risk spectrum, deploying capital in core-plus, value-add or more opportunistic situations.  Full capability to pursue and oversee ground-up development and rehab projects using in-house construction expertise.

Secondary purchase of debt portfolios: Invest globally in performing, sub-performing and non-performing loans across all asset types.  Ability to pursue portfolios spanning multiple asset classes and geographies.

Low-Income Housing Tax Credits: Invest in LIHTC projects
