Diversity and Inclusion

We recruit students and experienced hires from diverse communities through a broad range of programs.

Not all of these students or candidates have a finance or business background; we actively seek candidates from an array of academic disciplines and concentrations. Some of our diversity-based recruiting programs include:

  • Pre-University Symposia programs, based in London, provide insight into the financial services industry for final year female A-Level and International Baccalaureate students.

  • Goldman Sachs Women’s Leadership Camps and Summits invite female undergraduate and MBA students to explore opportunities at the firm.

  • Goldman Sachs MBA and Undergraduate Camps for Black, Hispanic and Native American Students educate participants about summer and full-time opportunities.

  • The Goldman Sachs Pride Summit introduces LGBT undergraduate students to the firm and the financial services industry.

  • Goldman Sachs EmployAbility internships give UK students with disabilities the opportunity to obtain invaluable work experience.

  • Goldman Sachs MBA Fellowship Program offers fellowships to students at graduate business schools across the country.
  • Banking & Beyond Road Show highlights career opportunities for prospective employees.

  • Goldman Sachs New Directions Program is the firm’s signature career event designed to offer networking and professional development opportunities for individuals looking to resume work in the financial services industry.

  • Goldman Sachs Returnship ® Program recruits and develops people who are seeking to restart their careers after an extended, voluntary absence from the workforce. A returnship provides individuals with an opportunity to sharpen their skills in a work environment that may have changed since their last experience with a full-time job.
