Our responsibility for good governance and an appropriate approach to social and environmental issues begins with our business and extends to the communities where we live and work. As a result, our inaugural Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report begins with a discussion about our firm prior to discussing environmental, social and governance issues. In drafting the report, we have referenced the Global Reporting Initiative’s G3 Guidelines to identify the key issues to be covered.
