The actively investing Whitehall fund seeks to pursue acquisitions in markets where we have both extensive real estate experience and existing platforms, with a focus on distressed real estate (assets and/or loans) in which pricing levels are meaningfully below historical replacement cost. In addition, U.S. Real Estate Opportunities seeks to identify diverse real estate investment opportunities across markets in the U.S.
