Archana Vemulapalli Joins Engineering as a Partner and Head of AI Product Management and Strategic Relations
I am pleased to announce that Archana Vemulapalli is joining Goldman Sachs in Engineering as a partner and global head of AI Product Management and Strategic Relations. In this role, Archana will work closely with our teams in Engineering and in partnership with divisions across the firm to evolve our AI products and ensure we continue to deploy differentiated, innovative, and fit-for-purpose solutions aligned to the firm’s strategic priorities. She will also lead our strategic engagement with frontier AI labs and AI application providers. Archana is based in Dallas and reports to Daniel Marcu.
Archana brings more than two decades of engineering and leadership experience to her responsibilities at the firm, with a significant track record of launching and advancing large-scale transformation initiatives at several companies. Most recently, she served as corporate vice president of Global Commercial Sales at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), where she drove the company’s AI portfolio by launching new products, strengthening strategic industry partnerships, and shaped AMD’s overall AI strategy. Previously, Archana was global head of Product and Strategy for Data and AI at AWS, leading the development of new AI offerings. Prior to that, she worked at IBM as general manager and chief technology officer for Global Technology Services. In this capacity, she led a number of transformation initiatives, including with a focus on cloud services and operational efficiency. Earlier in her career, Archana worked in the public sector as chief technology officer and cabinet member for the District of Columbia Government.
Archana earned a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Madras in 2000, a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001, and an Executive Master in Leadership from Georgetown University in 2006.

Bruce Bond and John Southard Join Goldman Sachs as Advisory Directors; Graham Day and Trevor Terrell Join Goldman Sachs as Partners
I am pleased to announce that Bruce Bond, John Southard, Graham Day, and Trevor Terrell are joining Goldman Sachs, with Bruce and John joining as advisory directors and Graham and Trevor joining as partners in Asset & Wealth Management (AWM). As we integrate Innovator Capital Management into the firm and welcome more than 70 Innovator colleagues in AWM, Graham and Trevor will continue to focus on managing key parts of the business.
About Bruce, John, Graham, and Trevor
Bruce co-founded and served as chief executive officer of Innovator Capital Management.
Previously, he co-founded PowerShares Capital Management in 2003, which was acquired by Invesco in 2006.
Bruce earned a bachelor’s degree from Taylor University.
John co-founded and served as president of Innovator Capital Management, overseeing research initiatives, portfolio management, and the trading operations of the company.
Previously, he co-founded PowerShares Capital Management, LLC and T2 Capital Management, LLC, a commercial real estate private equity company.
John earned a bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College and an MBA from DePaul University. He is a CFA charter holder.
Graham joined Innovator Capital Management in 2017 and served as executive vice president and chief investment officer, responsible for product development, capital markets, and research efforts.
Previously, Graham was senior vice president and head of product and research at Elkhorn Investments. Prior to that, Graham served as a senior strategist at Invesco PowerShares.
Graham earned a bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College. He is a CFA charter holder.
Trevor joined Innovator Capital Management in 2017 and served as senior vice president, head of distribution, responsible for distribution and marketing efforts across the institutional, national wirehouse, registered investment advisor and regional and independent broker-dealer channels.
Previously, he served as senior vice president and head of sales at Elkhorn Investments. Prior to that, Trevor held several sales positions at Invesco PowerShares.
Trevor earned a bachelor’s degree from Taylor University.

Moritz Jobke and Patrick Armstrong to Become Co-Heads of Hybrid Capital in Private Credit
We are pleased to announce that Moritz Jobke and Patrick Armstrong will become co-heads of Hybrid Capital in Private Credit.
Moritz is currently head of the Hybrid Capital team in Europe. Previously, he was co-head of European multi-strategy investing in the Merchant Banking Division. Moritz joined Goldman Sachs in 2007, and was named managing director in 2015 and partner in 2022.
Patrick is currently head of the Hybrid Capital team in the Americas. Previously, he was a member of the Opportunistic Credit team within the Merchant Banking Division. Patrick joined Goldman Sachs in 2010, and was named managing director in 2019 and partner in 2024.

Sara Naison-Tarajano to Become Head of Goldman Sachs Ayco
We are pleased to announce that Sara Naison-Tarajano, global head of Private Wealth Management (PWM) Capital Markets, Goldman Sachs Apex, and the Goldman Partner Office (GPO), will become head of Goldman Sachs Ayco. She will continue to serve as global head of the GPO.
Having experienced considerable growth over the years, Goldman Sachs Ayco remains well-positioned for further expansion. We are confident that Sara’s leadership will drive our strategic initiatives forward and further solidify our position as a leading provider of company-sponsored financial planning and wealth management services.
Prior to assuming her current responsibilities, Sara structured cross-product derivatives for institutional clients of the Emerging Markets desk in the Securities Division. Earlier in her career, Sara was a member of the Single Stock Risk Management team in Equity Derivatives.
Sara is a member of the Partnership Committee and the Firmwide Suitability Committee, and serves as co-head of the Americas Women’s Network. She joined Goldman Sachs as an analyst in the Investment Banking Division in 1999, and was named managing director in 2012 and partner in 2020.
