Jason Rowe to Leave Goldman Sachs
After 24 years of distinguished service, Jason Rowe, global co-head of Software Investment Banking in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT), will leave the firm.
Throughout his career, Jason has covered several significant clients of the firm, working with teams globally to drive our best-in-class software franchise and lead numerous transactions. In his role within TMT and in his capacity as chairman of Goldman Sachs Canada, Jason has consistently emphasized the importance of outstanding client service and identified new opportunities for growth.
In addition, Jason has been a dedicated mentor to many of our bankers, working with them to develop their leadership skills.
Jason joined Goldman Sachs in 2002 as an associate in Investment Banking, and was named managing director in 2011 and partner in 2016.

Formation of Alternatives Product Strategy & Development Group
To further strengthen our Alternatives platform and enhance the way we deliver solutions to our clients, I am pleased to announce that we have established the Alternatives Product Strategy & Development (APSD) group within the Client Solutions Group (CSG). Kristin Olson and Stephanie Rader will co-lead the group, in addition to their existing responsibilities.
APSD centralizes product ideation, development and structuring across Alternatives. Its mandate is to expand offerings, optimize existing solutions and accelerate market delivery through improved operating models. Spanning all alternative asset classes and client channels, APSD will partner closely with investing teams, product specialists and client advisors for coordinated product design and execution.
This integration will deepen Alternatives collaboration, enhance distribution and solutions connectivity and help drive fundraising in Alternatives for Asset & Wealth Management.
Kristin will continue to serve as head of Alternatives for Wealth Management. She joined Goldman Sachs in 1998, and was named managing director in 2008 and partner in 2014.
Stephanie will continue to serve as co-head of Alternatives Capital Formation within Asset Management. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2004, and was named managing director in 2015 and partner in 2018.

Leadership Appointments in Global Interest Rates Products
We are pleased to announce several appointments within our global Interest Rates Products (IRP) franchise to help drive our continued growth in EMEA and enhance our global coordination across key products.
In Europe, Lear Janiv will become head of European IRP Trading, leading our teams to ensure we continue to provide a best-in-class, globally cohesive offering to our clients in the region and around the world. In addition to his responsibilities as head of European IRP, Lear will lead a global effort focused on the distribution and risk management of structured notes. Lear is currently head of EMEA IRP Volex trading and will continue in his roles as head of Goldman Sachs Bank Europe (GSBE) Trading, and as a GSBE executive board member.
Lear will work with David Wade, in his role as co-head of FICC Strats, as he continues to build our central risk book, and with Sebastian Ayton and Marco Branca in their roles as co-heads of EMEA IRP Sales.
Jan Scheffel, global co-head of Short-Term Macro Trading, will assume additional Senior Manager and Certification Regime (SM&CR) responsibilities in London.
Lear and Sebastian will continue to be based in Paris, and David, Marco, and Jan will continue to be based in London.
In addition, Arvind Giridhar will become global head of Volex Trading.
In North America, Richard Chambers and Muhammad Qubbaj will continue to serve in their roles as co-heads of Americas IRP, alongside their other responsibilities.

Nikhil Choraria to Leave Goldman Sachs
After 22 years of distinguished service, Nikhil Choraria, head of European Interest Rates Products Trading, will leave the firm.
Throughout his career, Nikhil has made a significant impact on our European business, partnering with teams across Global Banking & Markets to advance our best-in-class franchise, with an ongoing focus on delivering superior client service and demonstrating strong risk management.
Prior to assuming his current role, Nikhil was head of European Linear Interest Rate Products Trading. Previously, he was head of the European Inflation and GBP Rates businesses in London. Before that, Nikhil traded European and UK inflation products in London and Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities in New York.
In addition to his commercial contributions, Nikhil has championed our culture of excellence, dedicating time to training and mentoring our teams and leading initiatives to develop the next generation of talent. He also served as co-sponsor of the EMEA Global Banking & Markets Women’s Trading Network, supporting the firm’s commitment to inclusion.
Nikhil is a member of the European Management Committee. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2004 as an analyst on the Inflation trading desk, and was named managing director in 2012 and partner in 2018.

Erdit Hoxha to Leave Goldman Sachs
After 22 years of distinguished service at Goldman Sachs, Erdit Hoxha, global co-head of Equities and a member of the Management Committee, will leave the firm.
As a global co-head, Erdit has worked with our global teams to advance our leading Equities franchise, with a relentless focus on serving our clients with excellence. In this capacity, he has helped develop innovative and differentiated solutions to respond to our clients’ broad evolving needs across different equity markets and products.
Throughout his tenure, Erdit has demonstrated a strong commitment to the firm’s culture and core values. He has dedicated significant time to developing and mentoring our people around the world, and has been involved in a number of initiatives contributing to developing the next generation of traders.
Prior to assuming his current role, Erdit served as global co-head of Equity Flow Derivatives and Emerging Markets Trading, as well as head of European One Delta and Equity Synthetics Products Trading.
Erdit is a member of the European Management Committee, and serves as co-chair of the Goldman Sachs International and Goldman Sachs International Bank Risk committees. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2004 as an analyst in the Investment Banking Division, and was named managing director in 2013 and partner in 2016.

Brian Robinson to Join Strategic Client Coverage in Expanded Role
We are pleased to announce that Brian Robinson will join Strategic Client Coverage in an expanded role spanning FICC and Equities. In this capacity, Brian will work across the franchise to build an additional tier to our existing Top 150 coverage model, deepening our holistic approach to serving the firm’s most significant clients.
Brian is currently head of the Equities Hedge Fund Client Segment and Equities Franchise Sales, and also serves as co-head of Prime Brokerage Sales. He is a member of the Retirement Committee for the firm's US retirement plans. Prior to his current roles, Brian was co-head of One Delta Equity Sales in EMEA.
Brian joined Goldman Sachs in 2010, and was named managing director in 2012 and partner in 2020.
