Goldman Sachs Market Madness: HBCU Possibilities Program

At Goldman Sachs, we believe in the power of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and their students. HBCUs play a substantial role in social mobility and economic growth, by investing in them we are investing in a more equitable future.

This landmark program is a dedicated finance industry masterclass. Programming will cover key financial concepts, professional development, and include various networking opportunities, all while allowing participants to explore various roles across each of our divisions.

As a participant, you will:

  • Experience the culture of excellence, teamwork, innovation and the overall commitment to diversity at Goldman Sachs
  • Receive robust skills training to prepare students for careers at Goldman Sachs
  • Have the opportunity to apply for a summer internship the following year

Students who successfully complete the program will receive a scholarship for their participation. This program will culminate in a team case study competition and include the opportunity to win a $1 million grant for their school.
