PSD2 Access To Accounts

Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, acting through its Luxembourg Branch (GSBE Luxembourg), is supporting access to Private Wealth Management (PWM) payment accounts (PWM Accounts) for authorised or registered third party payment service providers in accordance with the Directive (EU) 2015/2366 (PSD2) as implemented in the German Payment Services Supervision Act (Zahlungsdiensteaufsichtsgesetz).

The online functionality of PWM Accounts for direct client and third-party payment service provider access is initially limited to account information (i.e. account information services). GSBE Luxembourg may introduce additional online functionalities for PWM Accounts at a later date, including payment initiation and confirmation of funds services.

Please consider the following abbreviations when going through the different statistics reports:

AIS – Account information service

AISP – Account information service provider

These statistics are updated on a quarterly basis as per Article 32(4) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/389.
