Community TeamWorks

Through Community TeamWorks, the people of Goldman Sachs contribute their ideas, time and expertise to drive tangible progress in our communities. Launched in 1997, this signature volunteering initiative enables our people to work in partnership with nonprofit organizations around the world to make a meaningful difference.

Recent Impact

In 2023, over 22,000 of our employees completed more than 1,400 CTW volunteer projects totaling about 99,000 hours with more than 600 nonprofit partners.

Service has always been a big part of our culture. Every year, our people donate hundreds of thousands of hours to give back to the communities where we live and work. I've been part of our Community TeamWorks volunteer program for over 20 years now, and I couldn't be prouder of everything we've done to support the organizations that are working hard every day to make a difference. David Solomon, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
