Goldman Sachs Welcomes the Summer Intern Class of 2021

Over the next few weeks, Goldman Sachs will welcome approximately 2,900 students for an internship experience. They are joining the firm in person, where safe to do so, and virtually around the globe in more than 37 offices across all the firm’s divisions. 

Our interns dream of traveling to the Maldives, Italy and Japan and are passionate Friends and Harry Potter fans. That’s not all – in addition to their studies and full-time internships, this year’s class includes an internationally ranked Scrabble player, Special Olympics athlete and award-winning tattoo artist.

One of the primary goals of our summer internship program is to offer a world-class, differentiated and rewarding experience. We are committed to providing all of our interns with a valuable summer, including the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the interesting work our divisions are doing and in supporting the firm’s growth and client service.

As we welcome back more of our people to our offices, we are excited our interns will be able to experience in-person our unique culture of collaboration, innovation and apprenticeship. For those who join us virtually, we are building upon the success of our virtual internship last year – leveraging innovative technology and collaborative tools to ensure a positive and enriching internship experience for all.
