Invitation: Virtual Fall Sessions with Goldman Sachs Engineering

Join us for a virtual event series dedicated to providing local technology communities with the opportunity to come together and connect, to learn about current trends across the tech industry, and to hear from our engineers on careers and culture at Goldman Sachs. 

Goldman Sachs Engineering invites students and recent graduates across the EMEA region who are interested in careers in Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Quantitative Strategists and Systems Engineering roles to an online series of technical talks, discussion and workshops. The Virtual Fall Sessions will provide attendees with the opportunity to find out how our engineers are transforming our business and working across all areas of the firm to design and implement high-quality, innovative and smart solutions and consistently deliver best-in-class products.

This series is especially designed for the community to connect virtually via an online platform from the comfort of your home.

Goldman Sachs Engineering 101 (22 September, 13 October & 28 October)
Meet with our EMEA Engineering professionals and take part in a panel discussion to learn more about projects within Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Quantitative Strategists and Systems Engineering profiles. You will also hear from our recruiters about our recruitment process as well as opportunities for students and graduates.

HackerRank Hacks (24 September, 8 October & 5 November)
If you want to ace the coding part of your interviews this spring, join us and together we can explore fundamental algorithms and implement code solutions based on them. The sessions will give you a theoretical background to algorithms so you can ace your HackerRank assessment.

Tech Talks @ GS (28 September, 20 October & 10 November)
Join a discussion to learn more about our flagship products, projects and platform. Our Engineering professionals will speak about technologies behind Marcus, Marquee and more.

Chat with Recruiter (30 September, 22 October & 19 November)
We invite you to short meetings in small groups with our Engineering recruiters – we will be happy to help you work on your CV and cover letter, discuss recruitment process steps and share tips on how to best prepare for interviews.
