2022 Goldman Sachs Returnship Program
Our 14th annual Returnship program is designed for talented professionals looking to restart their careers after an extended absence from the workforce. This paid, six-month fellowship offers opportunities in a variety of divisions and locations to strengthen technical skills, provide access to professional development, and explore the opportunities available at Goldman Sachs.
As a participant, you will:
- Experience six-months of on the job learning and exploration with a community of likeminded professionals from a wide range of backgrounds
- Access the vast network of resources at Goldman Sachs through continual leadership development, support, and mentorship from a dedicated Returnship program team
- Feel secure in the knowledge that top performers will have full time opportunities available
- Participate in intentional sessions focused on the mental and physical components of transitioning back into the workforce
Eligibility: Previously employed professionals who have been out of the paid workforce for two or more years and are looking to return.

Please note that the 2022 Goldman Sachs Returnship program is a paid six-month, full time professional commitment spanning March – August of 2022. By submitting an application to this program, you are confirming that you understand the stated commitment and are prepared to meet the requirements of program.
