At Goldman Sachs, we believe in the power of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and their students. HBCUs play a substantial role in social mobility and economic growth, by investing in them we are investing in a more equitable future.
This program will focus on providing participants with a hands on, comprehensive technical training experience, opportunities to network with alumni of HBCUs and senior leadership all while receiving dedicated coaching and mentoring. The program includes training sessions, group project work and networking events for an average time commitment of 3-4 hours per week.
