Our interactive, three-week long, virtual Possibilities Summits are back and we want YOU to apply! Open to all majors and backgrounds, our programming is designed to equip candidates with the tools necessary to succeed in their future careers at the firm, while empowering them to embrace their most authentic self.
Program Dates:

As a participant you will:
- Gain the tools and skillsets required to successfully navigate the interview process
- Build a foundational network with both your program cohort and GS professionals to leverage as you pursue opportunities at the firm
- Participate in our Level Up series designed to advance the technical skills most commonly used within the financial services industry
- Develop a deeper understanding of the professional skills you currently possess as you consider your career choices and division(s) of interest
- Cultivate skills you can leverage in your daily life to enhance your physical and mental wellbeing
- Explore the unique opportunities available at our Dallas, New York, and Salt Lake City offices
- Have the assurance that your authentic self will be embraced by our people, culture, and Diversity and Inclusion offerings
- Receive an introduction to all the firm has to offer to support its people and individual career development
Please expect to commit approximately two to three hours to programming per week. Select candidates will have the opportunity to interview for 2023 Summer Analyst roles.

Black Possibilities Summit
Eligibility: Undergraduate students that identify as Black and are graduating between December 2022 - June 2024
CUNY Possibilities Summit
Eligibility: Undergraduate students that attend a CUNY school and are graduating between December 2022 - June 2024
Diverse Abilities
Eligibility: Undergraduate students that have a disability and are graduating between December 2022 - June 2024
Engineering Possibilities Summit
Eligibility: Undergraduate students graduating between December 2023 – June 2024 who identify as Black, Hispanic/Latinx, Native American, and/or women with an interest in pursuing careers in engineering, including software engineering, systems engineering, cyber security, and quantitative strategist
HBCU Possibilities Summit
Eligibility: Undergraduate students that attend an HBCU and are graduating between December 2022 - June 2024
Hispanic/Latinx Possibilities Summit
Eligibility: Undergraduate students that identify as Hispanic/Latinx and are graduating between December 2022 - June 2024
LGBTQ+ Possibilities Summit
Eligibility: Undergraduate students that identify as LGBTQ+ and are graduating between December 2022 - June 2024
Women's Possibilities Summit
Eligibility: Undergraduate students that identify as women and are graduating between December 2022 - June 2024
Veteran's Possibilities Summit
Eligibility: Undergraduate military veteran students that are graduating between December 2022 - June 2024
