An Open Letter to the Federal Government from the 10,000 Small Businesses Voices Community

In their second letter to Washington elected officials, over 1,000 alumni of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program highlighted the significant hurdles small businesses face when it comes to the federal procurement process and the alarming decline in small business procurement opportunities and engagement. The 10,000 Small Businesses community proposed four concrete changes that would help level the playing field, increase opportunities for small businesses, and promote greater competition through procurement and spending decisions. The letter, published below, ran in Politico on Thursday, October 21, 2021.
