Having seen families and businesses suffer because of inadequate supply of electricity to carry out basic daily activities at home, Oluremi launched Hydren Energy, a provider of durable and sustainable solar solutions for small businesses and homeowners. An engineer and entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in renewable energy solutions, Oluremi also co-organizes a series of STEM education projects and provides free training to female undergraduates in Solar Photovoltaic Installation (SPVI).

What made you take the 10,000 Women business education course?
“At the time, I was writing my business plan, but I didn’t have a lot of business knowledge, so taking the course provided an excellent foundation. Thereafter, the Growth Fellowship was a great opportunity to learn about how to manage media engagements which was a great learning curve for me.”
