NEW YORK, March 11, 2015 -- The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS) today announced that the Federal Reserve Board did not object to its revised 2015 capital plan, which includes the repurchase of outstanding common stock, an increase to its quarterly common stock dividend and the possible issuance and redemption of other capital securities. The firm intends to increase its quarterly common stock dividend by five cents a share to $0.65 per share, effective in the second quarter of 2015, subject to its Board of Directors’ approval.
