Corporate and Workplace Solutions (CWS)

Delivers solutions that maximize the efficiency and productivity of our people.

What We Do

Corporate and Workplace Solutions touches every single person at the firm, right down to when our people flash their IDs to come into the building, to the physical building, to the chair they’re sitting in, to when they go down to the cafeteria. The remit of our team is to make sure every single one of those things is done in a professional and safe manner where people feel very connected to the organization. Our team is also responsible for the environmental, social and governance efforts in our facilities, communities and supply chain, from managing our carbon emissions to our spend with diverse suppliers. We strive to build great work solutions and experiences.

We Invest in Our People

Learning

We created Goldman Sachs University to help our people grow professionally – starting with their orientation and integration into the firm and continuing with ongoing development over the course of their careers.

Development

From ongoing feedback to diverse talent programs, we’re committed to empowering our people to drive their own development and expand their horizons.

Apprenticeship

We emphasize an apprenticeship culture in which our junior team members learn by working closely with seasoned professionals. We believe this is critical to developing the next generation of Goldman Sachs leaders.
