Veterans Integration Program

Transition into civilian work with professional skill-sharpening and an exploration of new opportunities

Launched in 2012, the Veterans Integration program provides transitioning military personnel with access to our firm through an intensive week-long apprenticeship followed by a full-year virtual curriculum. Participants will engage with members of the Goldman Sachs Veterans Network, learn about financial services through our businesses, and focus on professional development. 



Americas Veterans Integration Program (VIP)

During the 1-Week Apprenticeship, participants will gain exclusive access to:

  • Training focused on Capital Markets
  • Business Overviews with Senior Divisional Leaders
  • Professionals Skills Development
  • Networking with the Goldman Sachs Veterans Network

Following the 1-Week Apprenticeship, participants will be invited to participate in an online curriculum focused on technical training and role-alignment. Through connectivity with our Diversity and Experienced Hire Recruiting teams, transitioning veterans will work towards application submission and interview readiness for full-time roles at Goldman Sachs.

Applicants should meet the following eligibility requirements: 

  • Minimum of one year of military service
  • Military separation date between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2021
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Demonstrable interest in the financial markets
