Brighton Gin was founded in 2013 and epitomises the Spirit of Brighton: unusual, fun-loving, open-minded, fiercely independent and ethically conscious. Our mission is to take the Spirit of Brighton to the world - we want to build a global drinks brand, ethically and sustainably produced, with the highest quality at its core, and which contributes positively to the community it is rooted in.

Brighton Gin Pavilion Strength

Brighton Gin 40% Pavilion Strength is our original hand-made craft British gin. Clear and bright in the glass, the subtle notes of juniper and persistent hints of orange make this gin gentle and approachable. This multi award-winning gin made with 100% organic wheat grain spirit is a favourite in a classic G&T or as a base for a range of cocktails. Our botanicals, including lime and milk thistle, make a deeply refreshing G&T and also work brilliantly in a range of cocktails. This is a subtle, ruminative gin and, thanks to its softness, Brighton Gin is also delicious sipped neat, over ice with a slice of orange. It’s also 100% vegan and gluten free.
