Overview

Interested in exploring the opportunities Goldman Sachs has to offer for first-year MBA students? Then join us for our 2024 MBA Diversity Symposium.

Our program is designed to provide candidates with an in-depth look at their business areas of interest as they prepare for the upcoming application process.


As a participant, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Cultivate relationships with professionals through our business overview sessions
  • Hear from a diverse set of senior leaders as they share their journey from MBA to Goldman Sachs
  • Discover the 2025 Summer Associate opportunities available within the firm
  • Engage directly with recruiters and GS professionals from Asset Management, Global Investment Research, Investment Banking, and Private Wealth Management.

Students that identify as Black, Hispanic/Latinx, Native American, or women are encouraged to apply.
