Ericka Leslie is Chief Operating Officer of Global Banking & Markets. She serves as Co-Chair of the Partnership Committee. Ms. Leslie is a member of the Management Committee, Enterprise Risk Committee and Global Inclusion and Diversity Committee. Prior to her current role, she served as the firm’s Chief Administrative Officer. Before that, Ms. Leslie was Global Head of Operations and Platform Engineering for the Global Markets Division.

Ms. Leslie joined Goldman Sachs as an Associate in the Finance Division in 1996. In 2001, she transferred to the Technology Division and assumed responsibility for Commodities Technology. In 2006, Ms. Leslie was named Global Head of Currency and Commodities Technology. In 2008, she transferred to the Operations Division to lead global Operations for the Commodities business. In 2018, Ms. Leslie was named Global Head of Operations for the Securities Division. She was named Managing Director in 2006 and Partner in 2012.

Ms. Leslie serves on the board of the National Organization on Disability.
