Managing Director Class of 2025 Announcement
Today, we are pleased to announce that 638 individuals across 54 offices have been invited to become managing directors as of January 1, 2026.
The Managing Director Class of 2025 comprises leaders at Goldman Sachs who have made a significant impact on our business and our people. They have helped strengthen our core franchises, with a focus on serving our clients with excellence and operating at scale, while leading and developing strong teams globally.
We expect that our new managing directors will continue to protect the firm’s culture and our core values of partnership, client service, integrity, and excellence – reinforcing the firm’s high standards as we aspire to be best in class in everything we do.

Kenneth Castelino and Jameson Schriber Named Co-Heads of Global Equities Electronic Trading Engineering and Strats
We are pleased to announce that Kenneth Castelino and Jameson Schriber will assume additional responsibilities as co-heads of Global Equities Electronic Trading Engineering and Strats, encompassing cash, futures, and options.
Ken and Jamie's extensive expertise and experience across our equities franchise and in global systematic low-touch trading will be central to their new roles as we look to provide best-in-class service to our clients in the rapidly evolving electronic and systematic intermediation market. Together, they will concentrate on accelerating innovation to enhance our client solutions and ensure we maintain a competitive and technological advantage in equities trading worldwide.
Ken will continue to serve as head of Global Banking & Markets – Public in India. Ken joined Goldman Sachs in 2006 as an associate, and was named managing director in 2011 and partner in 2016.
Jamie will continue to serve as head of Americas One Delta, global head of One Delta Strats and Engineering, and global co-head of Equities Derivatives and Prime Strats. Jamie joined Goldman Sachs in 2008 as an analyst, and was named managing director in 2015 and partner in 2018.
In conjunction with these changes, Dhaval Parekh will become global head of Equities Execution Engineering, reporting to Ken and Jamie. Dhaval will work with them to further develop our equities trading platform and drive convergence and efficiency across products, channels, and regions.
Dhaval is currently global head of One Delta Engineering. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2000 as an analyst and was named managing director in 2015.

Organizational Changes in Fixed Income and Liquidity Solutions
As we continue to bolster our existing strengths across Fixed Income and Liquidity Solutions, we are pleased to announce the following organizational changes.
Simon Dangoor, head of Fixed Income Macro, will assume an expanded leadership role as deputy CIO of Fixed Income. In this capacity, Simon will continue to oversee Fixed Income Macro strategies, while additionally focusing on further enhancing our broader investment processes and culture.
We are also excited to welcome three new managing directors on our Global Credit team:
John McClain has joined the firm as co-head of High Yield and Bank Loans, alongside Aakash Thombre. Together, Aakash and John will lead our High Yield and Bank Loans investment teams globally to help ensure we continue to deliver competitive performance and desired outcomes for our clients.
John joins us from Brandywine Global Investment Management, where he most recently led the Corporate Credit, High Yield and Global High Yield strategies. He brings more than 18 years of experience as a senior portfolio manager, trader, and analyst to his new role.
Alex Karam has joined the firm as head of Bank Loans and a portfolio manager, where he will focus on leading portfolio management for our levered loan strategies.
Alex brings more than 20 years of experience to his new role at the firm. He joins us from Fidelity Investments, where he most recently was a portfolio manager of High Yield Credit funds.
Niels Schuehle has joined the firm as a Systematic Quantitative Credit portfolio manager, focusing on both Investment Grade and High Yield Credit.
Niels brings more than 15 years of experience to his new role and joins us from AllianceBernstein, where he most recently served as a senior quantitative researcher and systematic portfolio manager.

Leadership Appointments in the Financial and Strategic Investors Group
We are pleased to announce that Rob Pulford will become vice chair of the Financial and Strategic Investors Group (FSIG). In his new global role, Rob will maintain his longstanding relationships with many of our most important clients.
As global co-head of FSIG, and previously as head of FSIG in EMEA and head of the EMEA Cross Markets Group, Rob has fortified our relationships with sponsor clients, led the significant growth of our advisory franchise as private and public markets converge, and fostered global connectivity between our teams worldwide, particularly as we established the Capital Solutions Group (CSG) earlier this year.
Rob joined Goldman Sachs as a managing director in 2007 and was named partner in 2014.
With Rob’s change in role, we are pleased to share that David Eisman will assume expanded responsibilities as global co-head of FSIG alongside Jonathan Barry. Dave is among our most senior and experienced bankers, and he and Jon will work within CSG and with Investment Banking teams to serve growing demand for financing and M&A solutions from clients including diversified alternative asset managers and the most consequential private equity firms.
Dave previously led Investment Banking in the Northwest Region, covering many of the firm’s largest corporate clients in the Americas. In addition to his new responsibilities in FSIG, he will continue to drive coverage for a select group of those corporate clients. Dave has worked with our teams on the West Coast since 2008.
Dave joined Goldman Sachs in 1998 in Mergers & Acquisitions in New York. He was named managing director in 2005 and partner in 2010.

Colin Convey to Assume Additional Responsibilities, Joining Haidee Lee as Global Co-Head of Sponsor Mergers & Acquisitions
We are pleased to announce that Colin Convey will assume additional responsibilities and join Haidee Lee as global co-head of Sponsor Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
Global M&A activity has surged year-over-year, with sponsor M&A accounting for a third of all transactions year-to-date. In his expanded role, Colin will partner with Haidee to further drive our efforts in advising, originating, and executing transactions with sponsor clients around the world. He will focus on deepening client relationships, particularly within the middle market, and ensuring seamless integration with our broader M&A and industry coverage teams.
Colin will retain his client coverage responsibilities within Industrials and will continue to lead the firm's paper and packaging advisory franchise globally as a member of the Global Industrials Group.
Colin joined Goldman Sachs in 2009 as a vice president in New York, and was named managing director in 2012 and partner in 2018.

Michael Marsh to Retire
After nearly 20 years of distinguished service, Michael Marsh, head of the Capital Solutions Group in EMEA, will retire.
Throughout his career, Mike has played an important role in growing and deepening our client franchise, with a focus on providing our clients with tailored financing and investing solutions. He developed trusted relationships across our franchise, always delivering the best of the firm to our clients.
Previously, Mike held several leadership roles, including as head of the EMEA Financing Group, global co-head of Credit Finance, and global co-head of the Alternative Capital Solutions Group. Earlier in his career, he was responsible for EMEA Credit Finance and served as head of EMEA Leveraged Finance.
In addition to his many commercial contributions, Mike has made a lasting impact on our people and culture, including by developing and mentoring the next generation of talent. He has always been an approachable leader, making himself available to our people to serve as a sounding board and share advice and perspectives. Mike has also advanced a number of our inclusion and diversity initiatives across EMEA.
Mike serves as a member of the Partnership Committee, European Management Committee, Firmwide Capital Committee, and Goldman Sachs International Bank Management Committee.
Mike joined Goldman Sachs in 2006, and was named managing director in 2008 and partner in 2014.
