Alison Flood to Assume New Responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer of Global Banking & Markets – Private
We are pleased to announce that Alison Flood will assume new responsibilities as chief operating officer (COO) of Global Banking & Markets – Private. Alison will continue to oversee coverage of Financial Institutions clients within the Investment Grade Capital Markets and Corporate Derivates business in the Capital Solutions Group (CSG).
In her expanded role, Alison will work closely with us and Brian Haufrect, in his new divisional COO role, to execute our strategy across Investment Banking and CSG as we continue to broaden and deepen our client coverage, ensure we are allocating our resources effectively in support of our business objectives, drive key divisional initiatives, and as we enhance collaboration with Asset & Wealth Management.
Alison joined Goldman Sachs as a managing director in 2022 and was named partner in 2024.

Brian Haufrect to Become Chief Operating Officer of Global Banking & Markets
We are pleased to announce that Brian Haufrect will become chief operating officer (COO) of Global Banking & Markets (GBM). In his new role, Brian will work with us as we continue to grow our Investment Banking, Capital Solutions, FICC, and Equities businesses globally, and help drive a number of transformation initiatives working in partnership with leaders across GBM. He will continue to work closely with Ericka Leslie over the coming weeks to effect a smooth transition as they each assume their new responsibilities.
As chief operating officer, Brian will also have oversight of the critical processes and infrastructure that underpin our ability to conduct our business successfully, including our GBM Engineering and Operations teams, as well as several finance, strategic processes, and people-related functions, among other responsibilities. He will also oversee our non-financial risk functions for GBM jointly with Josh Schiffrin.
Brian currently serves as chief operating officer of Investment Banking and the Capital Solutions Group, and co-head of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) in the Americas. Previously, he served as COO of Global M&A and head of M&A for Natural Resources.
Brian joined Goldman Sachs in 2005 as an associate, and was named managing director in 2011 and partner in 2016.

Stephan Feldgoise and Joshua Schiffrin Named to Management Committee

Stephan and Josh both have more than two decades of experience at Goldman Sachs, and they each demonstrate a deep understanding of the firm’s businesses, our client franchise, and global markets. We look forward to benefiting from their leadership and significant expertise in their respective areas within Global Banking & Markets (GBM), as well as their thoughtful perspectives and insights as they join the Management Committee.
Stephan is head of Global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). Previously, Stephan was global head of the Consumer Retail Group, co-head of Americas M&A and held leadership roles in Global Natural Resources and Financial Sponsors, where he was head of the Financial Sponsors Execution Group.
Stephan serves as a member of the Firmwide Client Franchise Committee. He joined Goldman Sachs as an associate in the M&A Department in 1997, and was named managing director in 2005 and partner in 2008.
Josh has been named global head of Risk for GBM. Previously, he served as chief strategy officer and head of financial risk for GBM – Public. Prior to that, Josh was head of trading strategy, and before that, he was global co-head of Interest Rate Products Trading and co-head of US Interest Rate Products while supervising the Global Short Term Macro and Global Repo Businesses. Earlier in his career, Josh was head of US Linear Rates trading.
Josh is co-chair of the GBM – Public Risk Committee and co-chair of the Firmwide Market Conduct Risk Council, and serves on the Firmwide Asset Liability Committee, Firmwide Risk Council, and Firmwide Conduct Committee. Joshua Schiffrin to Become Global Head of Risk for Global Banking & Markets
We are pleased to announce that Joshua Schiffrin will become global head of Risk for Global Banking & Markets (GBM). In his new role, Josh will be responsible for financial risk across both the public and private sides of our franchise, and provide risk oversight for FICC Strats, Prime Strats and Digital Assets. He will also oversee entity solutions, new activities and significant strategic business initiatives in the division. Josh will be responsible for our non-financial risk functions for GBM jointly with Brian Haufrect.

Ericka Leslie Named Chief Administrative Officer of the Firm
We are pleased to announce that Ericka Leslie has been named chief administrative officer of the firm. She will join the Executive Office and report to Denis Coleman. In this role, Ericka will focus on driving progress towards the implementation of OneGS 3.0 as we advance our priorities to transform the operating system of the firm and create even more capacity to invest in the growth of our franchises.
As chief administrative officer, Ericka will be responsible for our new Office of Transformation, focused on several cross-divisional initiatives while coordinating progress across our six OneGS 3.0 goals and their underlying workstreams. In addition, Ericka will oversee Corporate Planning & Management, Corporate and Workplace Solutions, the regional chief administrative officer teams, and other cross-divisional strategic execution teams.
Ericka brings deep experience and knowledge of Goldman Sachs, our businesses, and our people to her new role, in addition to her significant expertise driving large-scale transformation and operational resiliency priorities in different parts of the firm. She currently serves as chief operating officer of Global Banking & Markets (GBM) and global head of GBM Operations and Engineering.
Prior to assuming her current responsibilities in GBM, Ericka was the firm's chief administrative officer. Before that, she was global head of Operations and Platform Engineering for the Global Markets Division. Previously, Ericka held several leadership roles across Technology, Operations, and Securities.
Ericka is a member of the Management Committee and co-chair of the Partnership Committee. She also serves as chair of the GBM Regulatory Oversight Committee and as a member of the Enterprise Risk Committee.
Ericka joined Goldman Sachs as an associate in the Finance Division in 1996. She was named managing director in 2006 and partner in 2012.

Travis Chmelka and Rich Privorotsky to Assume New Responsibilities in Global Equities
We are pleased to announce that Travis Chmelka and Rich Privorotsky will assume new roles in global Equities.
Travis will become head of Global Flow and Strategic Derivatives. In his new capacity, he will work with us to drive a holistic global strategy and deliver on our ambitions for our clients, business, and teams. Travis is currently head of Americas Flow Derivatives and previously served as head of Americas Micro Derivatives. Prior to that, he managed the US Single Stock Trading business, focusing on the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector. Travis joined Goldman Sachs in 2004 as an analyst on the Single Stock Volatility desk, and was named managing director in 2013 and partner in 2020.
Rich will become head of EMEA Flow Intermediation and assume additional Senior Manager and Certification Regime (SM&CR) responsibilities in London. He will continue to lead European One Delta Trading. Rich has served in a variety of roles across our global Equities business in New York and London, spanning cash and derivatives. Rich joined Goldman Sachs in 2008 as an analyst on the US Equities trading desk, and was named managing director in 2017 and partner in 2022.

Phillip Han and Joseph Persky Named Co-Heads of Americas Prime Financing

Akila Raman and Michael Voris to Assume New Roles in the Capital Solutions Group
We are pleased to announce that Akila Raman and Michael Voris will assume new and expanded roles in the Capital Solutions Group, reflecting our continued commitment to delivering integrated financing and risk management solutions across public and private markets.
Akila will become global head of the Private and Alternatives Capital Markets (PACM) Group. In this role, she will oversee the group’s continued expansion and strategic direction, with a focus on integrated capital raising, structuring, and distribution solutions within the fast-growing alternatives asset class. Akila most recently served as chief commercial and strategy officer of Transaction Banking (TxB). She joined Goldman Sachs in 2004, and was named managing director in 2015 and partner in 2018.
Mike, who led the establishment of PACM, will assume an expanded role as Americas head of Equity Derivatives, within our Investment Grade Capital Markets and Derivatives Group, in addition to his existing responsibilities as co-head of Equity Capital Markets in the Americas. In this capacity, he will focus on advancing our Equity Derivatives franchise and driving our commercial priorities for this growing business. Mike joined Goldman Sachs in 2010 as a vice president, and was named managing director in 2011 and partner in 2020.
