Each year, we survey our summer analysts and associates to gauge their perspectives on a variety of key topics and what they expect for the future as leaders of tomorrow. In 2024, we asked them to share their views on everything from artificial intelligence, to their workplace preferences, and even if they would prefer to time travel to the future or the past.

As the class begins to settle back on their campuses, we are pleased to release the results of this year’s survey – marking the ninth year in which interns have shared their views.

This year, ~2.1K interns shared their perspectives via our annual survey, representing all of the regions in which the firm operates.
