One way I have done this is by exploring different divisions and teams – from starting my career in Human Capital Management, moving to the Executive Office and then moving to Consumer and Investment Management.\r\n \r\nHow I’d describe my team dynamic…\r\nMy team is what makes me most excited to come to work every day. We are collaborative and supportive of one another, and we have our laughs along the way. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\r\n \r\nWho I am makes me better at what I do…\r\nEvery year, I help facilitate our Green Chimneys “Dear Santa” letter gift drive and I dress up as Mrs. Claus when we visit the school to distribute gifts – it’s always such a fun and rewarding day to see the smiles we bring to the children’s faces.
