How are we making things possible?
Colleagues in our London office are receiving training to become ‘Mental Health First Aiders’, a qualification from Mental Health First Aid England to provide information and confidential support to team members who are experiencing mental health conditions or are concerned about the mental health of others. One in four people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year and so understanding the symptoms of common mental health conditions and knowing where and how to access help is important for everyone.
Why it’s important to us.
At Goldman Sachs, we take a holistic approach to increasing awareness and providing practical and clinical support for our people’s wellbeing. Access to trained Mental Health First Aiders, who can provide support to their colleagues at every level and every division of the firm, is a critical element of this.
