2023 Emerging Leaders Series

Goldman Sachs is redefining the landscape for careers in finance. We believe who you are makes you better at what you do.

Our educational series is designed for first-year students from all fields of study who are curious about a career in one of Goldman Sachs’ revenue producing divisions and are focused on learning more about this path. Selected applicants will have the opportunity to join us for an immersive and interactive two-part experience. Part I will consist of an introductory finance industry overview. During their Sophomore year, selected participants will be invited by one of the divisions for technical training during Part II. In addition, they will receive mentorship, have the opportunity to connect with our Recruiting team and undergo an interviewing skills boot camp.

Part 2: Deep Dive: Goldman Sachs Divisions

Curious to know what we do? Selected participants will be invited by one of the following divisions to join us for a deep dive into their role: Asset Management, Wealth Management, Global Investment Research, FICC and Equities and Investment Banking.

Eligibility: First-year students in any field of study who identify as Black or Hispanic/Latinx

As a participant, you can expect:

• Interactive educational programming on the financial industry, including senior leader chats
• Career coaching, skills training, and internship interview preparation
• $1,500 scholarship award for program graduates that accept an internship offer in one of the
  following: Asset Management, Wealth Management, Global
  Investment Research, FICC and Equities and Investment Banking
