La Brûlerie des Alpes is an artisan, family-run coffee roasting company that selects, processes and sells high-quality coffee. The company sells its products to individuals and businesses, both in-store and online.

Patricia, having built a successful business on expertise and customer satisfaction, faced the challenge of expanding with a second point of sale. She was looking for support to restructure the current management to replicate her proven model, maintain standards, and empower new teams, all while ensuring sustainable growth without compromising her brand's core values.

Developing her growth plan enabled her to take a step back, develop her strategic vision, get her employees on board and increase her turnover.
