Sonya Masand is Principal dentist and Principal Partner at Esthetique Dental Care London, a dental care clinic offering a personalised dental service.

After completing our 10,000 Small Businesses programme, Sonya has continued to grow the company whilst championing diversity in her teams and recently saw Esthetique win the ‘This is Us’ Diversity and Inclusion award 2023. Sonya says the team’s diversity has brought a positive energy to the team and they continue to look to grow by training new team members from a variety of backgrounds.
