Ericka Leslie

Ericka is chief operating officer of Global Banking & Markets (GBM) and global head of GBM Operations and Engineering. She also serves as co-chair of the Partnership Committee, co-chair of the Deputy Regulatory Oversight Committee and chair of the GBM Regulatory Oversight Committee. Ericka is a member of the Management Committee and the Enterprise Risk Committee. Prior to her current role, she served as the firm's chief administrative officer. Before that, Ericka was global head of Operations and Platform Engineering for the Global Markets Division.

Ericka joined Goldman Sachs as an associate in the Finance Division in 1996. In 2001, she transferred to the Technology Division and assumed responsibility for Commodities Technology. In 2006, Ericka was named global head of Currency and Commodities Technology. In 2008, she transferred to the Operations Division to lead global Operations for the Commodities business. In 2018, Ericka was named global head of Operations for the Securities Division. She was named managing director in 2006 and partner in 2012.

Ericka earned a BA in Accounting from the University of Albany.
