
Jacqueline is global head of Human Capital Management (HCM). She is a member of the Management and Partnership Committee. Jacqueline previously additionally served as global head of Corporate and Workplace Solutions (CWS). Prior to that, she served as chief operating and strategy officer for HCM. Before that, Jacqueline served as the firm’s deputy chief of staff and secretary to the Management Committee, working closely with executive leadership to develop and execute key strategic initiatives. Previously, she was co-chief operating officer (COO) of the Asset Management Division, and previously was COO for the Consumer and Investment Management Division. Earlier in her career, Jacqueline was global COO of Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) and chief of staff to the co-heads of the Investment Management Division. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2007 in GSAM’s Alternative Investments & Manager Selection Group and was named managing director in 2012 and partner in 2018.
Prior to joining the firm, Jacqueline was a corporate attorney at Kirkland & Ellis.
Jacqueline is a member of the board of Graham Windham, a nonprofit that provides services to children and families.
Jacqueline earned a BA from Duke University and a JD from The George Washington University Law School.
