Will is chief operating officer of Asset & Wealth Management. He is a member of the Management Committee and the Firmwide Enterprise Risk Committee. Previously, Will served as chief operating officer of Global Banking & Markets, the Global Markets Division and the Investment Banking Division. He joined Goldman Sachs in 1998, and was named managing director in 2006 and partner in 2014.

Will earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan, a JD from the University of Missouri and an MBA from New York University.
