We are pleased to announce that James Donovan has been appointed vice chairman of global client coverage across our divisions. Seamlessly and effectively bringing a One Goldman Sachs approach to our clients and our divisions is of paramount importance to the firm.
Jim has been responsible for advising many of the firm’s significant Investment Banking and Investment Management clients at Goldman Sachs for almost 30 years, and in this new role, he will work closely with us to deliver the firm to clients on a greater scale. Jim will join the Investment Banking Senior Leadership Council, in addition to his Consumer and Wealth Management roles.
Jim joined Goldman Sachs in 1993 and was named a managing director and partner in 2000.
