About the Programme

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women is designed to provide the essential tools, skills, and networks to help you scale your business. Since 2008, the programme has supported more than 4,100 women-led businesses in India through in-person world-class education. The programme is delivered in partnership with India’s most prestigious institutions for management education – Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and Indian Institute of Management Lucknow – at no cost.*

Who is Eligible?

The programme is designed for established women entrepreneurs who are key decision-makers in their businesses. Applicants should meet the following criteria: 

  • Primary decision maker
  • Owner or co-owner of the venture 
  • Annual turnover more than  ₹30 lakhs
  • Business operational for at least one year 
  • A minimum of three employees 

Please note: previous graduates of the 10,000 Women programme are not eligible.

Curriculum

The curriculum is structured to build strong strategic, financial, and operational capabilities.
 

Three in-person, residential modules provide practical frameworks for financial management, marketing, negotiation, and leadership, with a focus on fostering innovation and operational excellence.
 

Featuring over 100 hours of learning, including three in-person teaching weeks, the programme will help you use tools and techniques to analyze your business opportunities, develop a business growth plan, and implement that strategy directly into your business.
