This intensive 12-week program connects small business owners, provides one-on-one business advice, and helps builds the skills entrepreneurs need to grow.

About the Program

Designed with Babson College, the nation's top school for entrepreneurship, this 12-week program provides 100 total hours of hands-on learning, mentorship, and networking. Participants engage in collaborative discussions, peer exercises, and experiential skill-building to identify new opportunities, adopt growth practices, and build a tailored plan designed to support long-term success. Fully funded by the Goldman Sachs Foundation, the program is free and available in all 50 states.

Who is Eligible?

Applicants must be the owner or co-owner of a small business with at least two years in operation. Businesses must generate more than $75,000 in annual revenue and have a minimum of two employees, including the owner.

Curriculum

Over the course of the program, small business owners will gain the skills needed to recognize new opportunities, embrace practices that increase business growth, and ultimately develop a customized growth plan for their business.

Alumni Programming

After completing the 10,000 Small Businesses program, you will join an active alumni community that offers regular webinars, continuing education, networking opportunities, and in-person gatherings. After graduation, 84% of graduates report collaborating with each other, which is correlated with a higher likelihood of revenue and job growth down the line.¹
